• Architect Feasibility
  • Feasibility – understanding your project

A free meeting to discuss your goals and dreams. We talk about your budget and can give you some initial design ideas. You decide if we are the right architects for you.

  • Architect Concept Design
  • Concept Design – sketching out your plan

This is an exciting phase of the project! Working together we come up with a formal project brief which will outline what you want – and what you can afford. • Architect Project Tender
  • Project Tender and Contract Signing– selecting your builder

Following the tender we recommend the successful builder to you. We draw up and become party to the building contract which we will administer on your behalf.
